1. Acceptance of These Terms
Welcome to TeamLink Consultants (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (“TeamLink”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of tmlink.in, including its pages, forms, job listings, candidate features, client enquiry features and other recruitment-related functionality made available through the website (collectively, the “Website”).
By accessing, browsing, registering, submitting information, applying for a job, posting or enquiring about a requirement, or otherwise using the Website, you agree to these Terms and the TeamLink Privacy Policy. Please also read our Disclaimer, which applies together with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Website.
These Terms apply to website visitors, candidates, job applicants, employers, institutions, recruiters, client representatives and other users of the Website.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to register, apply for a job or submit a requirement through the Website. Access to the Website itself is free of charge.
2. Definitions
- “Candidate” means an individual who creates a profile, submits a resume, applies for a job, responds to a recruitment communication, or is considered for an opportunity through TeamLink.
- “Client” means an employer, institution, company or organisation engaging with TeamLink for recruitment, staffing or related services.
- “User” or “you” means any person accessing or using the Website.
- “Services” means recruitment, talent sourcing, candidate screening, staffing, executive search, hiring support and other services that TeamLink may provide.
- “Content” means text, job descriptions, graphics, logos, photographs, documents, software, layouts, databases and other material made available through the Website.
- “External Job” means a job opportunity identified or displayed from an employer, job board, career site, recruitment partner or other third-party source rather than being directly posted by TeamLink.
3. Nature of TeamLink’s Recruitment Services
TeamLink operates as a recruitment and talent-acquisition service provider. Depending on the applicable engagement, TeamLink may identify candidates, screen profiles, coordinate interviews, communicate job opportunities and facilitate interactions between Candidates and Clients.
Unless a separate written staffing or employment arrangement expressly states otherwise, TeamLink is not the employer of a Candidate merely because TeamLink introduced, screened, interviewed, referred or coordinated that Candidate.
A job listing, candidate profile, interview invitation or recruitment communication does not constitute a guarantee of employment, selection, salary, interview, joining, promotion, or continued employment.
TeamLink is an equal opportunity service provider. It does not knowingly present or promote hiring requirements that discriminate on grounds such as religion, caste, gender, disability, age, marital status or national origin, except where a requirement is lawful and genuinely necessary for the role.
4. Job Listings and Availability
TeamLink may publish or display job opportunities based on information received from Clients, employers, recruitment partners or other sources. Job information may include job title, qualifications, skills, experience, location, salary or compensation information, job type, notice period and other hiring criteria.
- Job vacancies may be filled, withdrawn, paused, changed or closed without notice.
- Salary, benefits, location, responsibilities and eligibility requirements may be subject to change or final verification by the relevant employer.
- TeamLink does not guarantee that every listed vacancy remains available at the time of application.
- TeamLink may correct, update, remove or restrict access to a listing where information is inaccurate, outdated, duplicated, incomplete, unauthorised or otherwise unsuitable for publication.
- Where a listing is identified as an External Job, the relevant third party may control the application process and may apply its own terms and privacy policy.
5. Candidate Registration and Applications
Candidates may be asked to provide information such as their name, contact details, resume, education, skills, experience, preferred location, compensation expectations, notice period and other information relevant to recruitment.
You represent that information submitted by you is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it. You should promptly update material information that becomes inaccurate.
Submitting a resume or application does not create an employment relationship with TeamLink and does not require TeamLink or a Client to shortlist, interview or employ you.
TeamLink may contact Candidates regarding relevant opportunities, application status, interviews, assessments, onboarding matters or other recruitment-related communications through contact details provided by the Candidate, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
6. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates must not:
- submit a forged, altered, misleading or materially inaccurate resume or document;
- misrepresent qualifications, experience, employment history, compensation, notice period, identity or work authorisation;
- submit another person’s information without appropriate authority;
- use another person’s account or impersonate another Candidate;
- provide passwords, financial credentials or unnecessary sensitive information through a job application; or
- use TeamLink’s recruitment services for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.
TeamLink may suspend or remove a profile where it reasonably believes that information is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, materially misleading or otherwise unsuitable for the Services.
7. Candidate Fees and Recruitment Fraud
TeamLink does not charge Candidates any fee at any stage of its recruitment process, including to register, submit a resume, be considered for a vacancy, attend an interview, be selected, receive an offer or join an employer. TeamLink employees and representatives are not permitted to collect any such fee from a Candidate.
TeamLink will not authorise any person to demand money from a Candidate by falsely representing that payment is required for a job, interview, selection, offer, joining, security deposit or similar employment purpose.
If you receive a suspicious request claiming to represent TeamLink, do not make payment or disclose financial credentials. Contact TeamLink through the official contact details published on the Website. TeamLink’s official email addresses use the domain teamlinkcs.com; the Website is operated at tmlink.in. Treat messages from any other domain, or from free personal email accounts, as unverified until you have confirmed them with TeamLink.
Candidates are encouraged to verify any employment offer, employer identity, compensation, work location and employment conditions before accepting an offer, including offers received through channels other than the official TeamLink contact details.
8. Client and Employer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the hiring requirements, job descriptions, compensation information and other instructions supplied to TeamLink.
- Clients must use Candidate information only for legitimate recruitment and employment-related purposes and in accordance with applicable law and their agreement with TeamLink.
- Clients must not knowingly provide discriminatory, unlawful or misleading job requirements.
- Clients must conduct their own appropriate verification of Candidates before making an employment decision.
- Candidate information supplied by TeamLink may be confidential and must not be redistributed or used outside the permitted recruitment purpose.
- Commercial terms such as recruitment fees, payment deadlines, replacement provisions, guarantee periods and candidate-introduction protections are governed by the applicable written client agreement.
9. Candidate Introduction and Client Non-Circumvention
Where TeamLink introduces or presents a Candidate to a Client, the introduction may be treated as a TeamLink recruitment introduction under the applicable commercial agreement.
A Client must not intentionally circumvent TeamLink to avoid agreed recruitment fees or contractual obligations by using Candidate information supplied by TeamLink outside the agreed recruitment process.
Any specific introduction period, fee entitlement, replacement commitment or non-circumvention period is governed by the Client’s applicable written agreement with TeamLink. Nothing in this Website Terms document creates a recruitment fee obligation where no applicable commercial agreement exists.
10. Resume Parsing, Search, Matching and AI-Assisted Features
Where available, the Website or TeamLink’s recruitment systems may use automated tools, resume parsing, search algorithms or AI-assisted features to organise candidate information, identify potentially relevant jobs, compare candidate information with job requirements or assist recruiters in reviewing applications.
- Automated matching or scoring is an assistive recruitment function and is not a guarantee of eligibility, selection, interview or employment.
- Results depend on the information available to TeamLink and may contain errors, omissions or false matches.
- Recruiters, Clients or other authorised personnel may review candidate information before making recruitment decisions.
- Users should not rely solely on an automated result when making an employment or hiring decision.
Where AI or automated processing involves personal data, the applicable processing is described in the Privacy Policy and handled in accordance with applicable law.
11. External Jobs and Third-Party Platforms
The Website may provide access to External Jobs or links to third-party job portals, employer career pages, applicant tracking systems, professional networks or other services.
- Third-party listings may change or become unavailable without TeamLink’s control.
- Third-party platforms may have separate registration, application, privacy and terms-of-use requirements.
- TeamLink does not control the security, availability, content, processing practices or decisions of third-party platforms.
- Where an application is completed on a third-party platform, the information submitted there is subject to that third party’s applicable terms and privacy policy.
12. Communications
By using the recruitment features of the Website and providing contact details, you may receive service-related or recruitment-related communications, including application acknowledgements, interview schedules, reminders, job alerts and responses to enquiries.
Communications may be delivered through email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp or other communication channels made available by TeamLink or its authorised service providers, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.
Optional promotional communications may be managed through available unsubscribe or preference controls. You may also ask TeamLink to stop non-essential calls, SMS or WhatsApp messages by contacting us at the details in Section 29. Essential service communications may continue where necessary to operate your account or process an application.
13. Privacy and Personal Data
TeamLink’s collection and use of personal data is governed primarily by the TeamLink Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information collected, recruitment purposes, sharing with Clients and service providers, cookies, retention, security and available privacy rights.
By using the Website, you should review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information. Where applicable law requires a notice, consent or other legal basis for processing, TeamLink will use the applicable mechanism.
TeamLink handles personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under them, as applicable. Subject to those laws, you may ask TeamLink to give you access to, correct, update or erase your personal data, or to withdraw a consent you have given, by contacting us at the details in Section 29. Complaints about the handling of your personal data can be raised with our Grievance Officer, Purna (HR Team Lead). Withdrawing consent may mean TeamLink can no longer consider you for opportunities or provide a related service.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to reduce or remove any privacy right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Accounts, Credentials and Security
If the Website provides an account or login facility, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account, except to the extent caused by TeamLink’s failure to apply reasonable security measures required by law.
You must notify TeamLink promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. TeamLink may require password resets, suspend accounts or take other reasonable security measures where unauthorised access or misuse is suspected.
15. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities
You must use the Website only for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not:
- impersonate a person, company, recruiter, employer or other organisation;
- submit fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory or unlawful information;
- publish or promote fake, misleading or unauthorised job vacancies;
- request or collect money from Candidates by falsely claiming to represent TeamLink;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, copy or systematically collect Website data or Candidate information without TeamLink’s prior written permission, except where permitted by law;

- use the Website in breach of applicable law.
16. Intellectual Property
The TeamLink name, logos, branding, website design, software, layout, original text, graphics, databases and other Website Content are owned by TeamLink or used under applicable rights and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited right to access and use the Website for its intended purpose, no right or licence is granted to reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, reverse engineer or commercially exploit TeamLink Content without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
Third-party names, logos, trademarks and job information remain the property of their respective owners.
17. User-Submitted Content
You retain ownership of documents and information that you lawfully provide to TeamLink. By submitting information through the Website, you grant TeamLink the rights reasonably necessary to host, store, process, review, communicate, match, transmit and share that information for the recruitment or business purpose for which it was submitted, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and authority to submit the material and that its use by TeamLink for the stated purpose will not knowingly infringe another person’s rights.
18. Third-Party Links, Tools and Services
The Website may contain links, integrations, embedded content or references to third-party services. TeamLink does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, security, privacy practices or terms.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by the terms applicable to that service. A third-party link or integration does not by itself constitute an endorsement or guarantee by TeamLink.
19. Website Availability and Changes
TeamLink may modify, update, suspend or discontinue Website pages, features, job listings, integrations or other functionality when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, operational, legal or business reasons.
We aim to maintain a reliable Website, but we do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure or compatible with every device or browser.
20. No Employment or Selection Guarantee

- a Client will receive a particular number or quality of applications or candidates;
- any vacancy will remain open for a particular period;
- information supplied by a third party will always be accurate or current; or
- an interview, offer or selection will result in employment.
Final hiring decisions, employment terms and onboarding decisions are made by the relevant employer and Candidate, subject to their respective rights and obligations.
21. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. TeamLink makes reasonable efforts to keep Website information accurate and up to date, but does not warrant that it is complete, accurate, current or error-free, and does not give any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
TeamLink does not warrant that the Website or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components, although it takes reasonable security measures.
TeamLink does not independently guarantee the conduct, qualifications, financial position, employment practices or performance of every Client, employer or Candidate. Users should perform appropriate due diligence before entering into an employment, commercial or other relationship.
TeamLink is not a party to the employment contract between a Candidate and an employer and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Candidates, Clients, employers or other Users. TeamLink is not obliged to resolve or mediate any dispute between Users, although it may assist where it reasonably considers it appropriate.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, representation, liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Our Disclaimer contains further general notices about the Website; if it differs from these Terms on liability, these Terms apply.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeamLink will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Website, including loss of opportunity, profit, revenue, goodwill or data, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
For website use by a general visitor or Candidate, any liability of TeamLink arising directly from these Website Terms will, to the maximum extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount actually paid by that User to TeamLink for the relevant Website service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If no amount was paid, the maximum aggregate liability will be INR 10,000, subject always to liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
For Clients, any liability relating to paid recruitment or staffing services is governed by the applicable written commercial agreement.
23. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TeamLink and its directors, officers, employees and authorised representatives from claims, losses, damages, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your material breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Website, fraud, infringement of third-party rights, or knowingly false or misleading information submitted by you.
24. Suspension and Termination

If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days after written notice, it may be referred to a competent court or, where separately agreed in writing, to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Subject to applicable law and any valid written agreement governing a specific commercial relationship, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising directly from these Website Terms.

Continued use of the Website after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. If a change materially affects a specific consent or contractual relationship, TeamLink may provide additional notice where required.
27. Portal Features and Accounts Created for Candidates
Where made available, the following features are also subject to these Terms:
- Candidate portal: profile, resume upload and automatic parsing, profile score and improvement tips, recommended jobs with match indicators, saved jobs, job alerts, application tracking, interview scheduling, notifications and messages. Details extracted automatically from a resume are shown for your review, and you are responsible for checking and correcting them before you confirm.
- Accounts created for Candidates: where a Candidate shows interest in opportunities (for example, after a call with a TeamLink recruiter), TeamLink may create a portal account and send login details by email, SMS or phone. You should change the temporary password at first login and may ask TeamLink at any time to delete your account and data, subject to applicable law.
- AI assistant, AI-assisted interviews and automated calls: the AI Career Assistant gives general career guidance and is not legal, financial or professional advice. AI-assisted screening, interview scoring and automated follow-up calls are assistive tools covered by Section 10, and recruiters may review results before a decision is made. Where TeamLink records or transcribes an interview or call, it will tell you in advance where the law requires.
- Walk-in drives, hiring drives and job fairs: dates, venues, documents required and timings are provided by the relevant employer and may change or be cancelled. Please confirm details with TeamLink before travelling. TeamLink is not responsible for travel or other costs you incur, and no fee is charged to attend.
- Referrals: if you refer another person, you confirm that you have their permission to share their contact details, and TeamLink may contact them about opportunities. A referral does not entitle you to any reward unless TeamLink has stated specific written terms.
- Urgent-hiring and last-date alerts: TeamLink may notify Candidates whose profile appears relevant to a vacancy by in-app message and email. Closing dates may change, and a vacancy may close earlier than stated.
- Links to other job sites: search links that open third-party job websites take you outside TeamLink. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and TeamLink is not affiliated with them unless it says so.
- Recruiter and staff tools: Candidate information is accessible to authorised TeamLink recruiters and, for specific opportunities, may be shared with Clients and connected hiring systems as described in the Privacy Policy. Authorised users must search, export and use Candidate data only for legitimate recruitment, and keep it secure.
